Terms and Conditions

All work will commence as soon as payment and confirmation of order is received. Any changes after this time may incur extra charges.
Once printing has commenced any cancellations will not be refundable. Cancellations must be given in writing.

Lead times are guide lines only. We will endeavour to turn around all work with seven days, we cannot be held responsible for orders needed within strict deadlines.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, written notice and a full refund will be given.

You shall inspect the completed order on delivery and shall within five working days of delivery, notify us of any alleged defect, shortfall in quantity, damage or failure to comply with description. We will then assess the order to determine the next step.

Delivery will be made via royal mail. We will not be responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect address, or inadequate delivery instructions being supplied, or through acts out of our control. If you need a tracked packaged this can be arranged.

If a delivery is returned to us we will contact you to re arrange delivery at an extra cost. If this delivery is unsuccessful we will notify you. If the order is not collected or delivery re arranged within 10 working days it will be disposed of, and no refund given.

All information given to us is confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
